Kseniia is a qualified Russian lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial cross-border transactions, specialising in complex private wealth structuring, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance support, FATCA and CRS reporting.
Kseniia graduated as a Russian qualified lawyer from Moscow State Academy of Law. She holds a Master's Degree in Banking and Financial law from Queen Mary University of London. Kseniia also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School in London.
