Mariia is a consultant with CIS LONDON. She is a dual-qualified lawyer with over seven years of experience in the areas of commercial, IP law and dispute resolution.
Over the years, Mariia has advised multinational corporations as well as small and medium size companies on a broad range of commercial and corporate issues with the focus on cross-border transactions and international trade disputes. In addition, she represented leading international manufacturers and companies in state courts, before arbitral tribunals and in international arbitration proceedings.
Mariia graduated as a lawyer from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev in 2006.
In the UK Mariia has completed: a Graduate Diploma in Law course from the BPP Law School, the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law and LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.
